my boyfriend just found out he has hepatitis c. as it turns out, his doctor discovered the disease in his bloodstream a year ago and just didnt bother saying anything until now. they told him he'd need to come in every few months to have his blood checked, and to not take any tylenol. they also didnt bother telling him that this is a disease that can turn into cirrhosis, liver cancer and death. he didnt hear these things from a doctor, he had to find all this out from me after doing some research online. he didnt know there was treatment for the disease until i told him. no, his doctor didnt even bother discussing the OPTION of medication. i'm completely disgusted. please send blessings his way, he hasn't had the oportunity to ask questions and get the answers he deserves because of this inconsiderate doctor. he is scared and confused.
